JW-MAX1-6S is a heavy-duty six-wheel drive automatic wire cutting and stripping machine, specially developed for wires ranging from 0.2 to 25mm². Fitted with a 4.3-inch Chinese-English switchable touch screen, silent hybrid stepper driving system and high-speed steel blades, it realizes high-precision cutting, front-end & rear-end stripping, as well as up to 16 times intermediate peeling. It works well with PVC, Teflon, braided and fiberglass insulated wires. Widely adopted in automotive harness factories, electronic wiring workshops and electrical cable processing plants, it greatly improves production efficiency while protecting copper conductors from damage.

Supports full stripping, half stripping and up to 16 times intermediate peeling. The length tolerance is controlled at ±(0.002×L) mm, effectively avoiding scratching or cutting copper cores. It can process thin electronic wires and thick industrial cables within 0.2–25mm² smoothly.
