Operation Guide

The JW-SM10 features a user-friendly microcomputer resistance welding controller.

Generally, operators only need to adjust the welding current.

Press the up and down triangle keys to align the red indicator light with the welding current position.

Next, press the plus (+) or minus (-) keys to adjust the parameter value.

Once adjusted, there is no need to manually confirm; the system automatically switches to the adjusted welding current value.

Important Precautions & Maintenance

Troubleshooting Sparks: If large sparks occur during welding, it is generally not a component failure. Carefully adjust the welding parameters, air pressure, and cylinder strokes based on the material properties and process requirements to achieve the best welding effect.

Power Safety: When repairing or disassembling the machine, please turn off the main power supply. A voltage drop remains inside the machine even when the controller power switch is disconnected.

Professional Servicing: To guarantee personal and machine safety, non-professionals must not disassemble, repair, or modify this machine.

Environmental Care: In damp weather environments, pay attention to ventilation. If necessary, perform air-drying treatments on the machine.
